CS

Being a company secretary is considered as a most respected profession among many others.

To be a company secretary a candidate has to pass 10+2 examination or candidates can take a provisional admission before appearing for II P.U.C exam. There are 3 levels to be a company secretary, 1st level Foundation Programme, 2nd level Executive level and 3rd level Professional/Final level.

The students from Arts and Commerce are eligible for the course of CS. Admission is done throughout the year from June to December. The duration of the course is 8 months after the final level the candidate has to undergo 5 months of training in a company and has to take 15 days of training with Registrar of Companies.

After the completion of CS the candidates can get job in the most reputed companies with a handsome salary of 30,000/- to 1, 00,000/-. A Company Secretary is responsible for day-to-day activities of a company.

CLAT [Common Law Admission Test] is a national level examination that lets you get admitted to 17 National Law Colleges. The coaching for CLAT has been started from 2015-16 in Alva’s Pre- University College. CHARTED ACCOUNTANT FOUNDATION COURSE (CA)

The profession of a Charted Accountant is always held very high in our country. CA plays a vital role in the development of a country. CA Foundation is a part of the revised scheme introduced by the Institute of Charted Accountants of India (ICAI). Earlier it was known as the Common Proficiency Test (CPT). The first step to get qualified to become a CA is to clear CA FOUNDATION TEST. It is the entrance level examination for the Charted Accountancy course offered by the ICAI.

Alva’s Education Foundation is committed to provide quality education to all the students and it has been instrumental in imparting CPT coaching for the past 10 years and is well rooted to train and guide the students who aspire to be CA Professionals in the near future.

The special training for CA Foundation aspirants starts in their I PUC along with their regular academics. CA Foundation sessions are conducted in the afternoons. The UG-CLAT 2021 would focus on evaluating the comprehension, reasoning skills and abilities of candidates. It is a 2 hour test with 150 MCQ carrying 1 mark each. There is also negative marking (0.25 marks) for every wrong answer. These questions are framed from the following subjects.
